Shipping & Delivery Policy:

STANDARD DELIVERY:
We use Australia Post with Tracking

EXPRESS DELIVERY: you must include special delivery instruction for the courier to leave without signature if you are not going to be home to sign for your parcel.
Conditions on Express Delivery, order must be received by 10 am Monday – Friday, we are not responsible if the couriers deliver late. Parcels will be delivered on weekdays only.

Free delivery within Australia

Our free delivery service is available for all orders.

Your order will be dispatched within 3 – 5 days of recieving an order, or otherwise notified. Your products will be delivered via Australia Post. We use Toll couriers for Melbourne residents, orders min $100, however an ATL and any special instructions is a MUST, Toll/Ipec Couriers with tracking requiring signature on delivery. All orders placed on the weekend will be processed on Monday/Tuesday providing it is not a public holiday. Parcels will be delivered on weekdays only, we are unable to deliver on a weekend. We understand that many people are not home during business hours, and in that case suggest having your order sent to a business address. Express overnight service: If you would like your items overnight express/registed/insurance you WILL incur an extra charge, please contact us on 03 9899 0033 or email orders@phoenixnationale.com.au to arrange.

Liability:

At the time of ordering, it is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details. If you are having your parcel delivered to a business address, you must include the company name. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. Unless your postage option includes insurance we will not accept liability for any loss or damage during delivery or arising from a late delivery. We always do our best to provide products on time to our customers. In the event that delivery is delayed you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order. We will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items stolen, lost or damaged after delivery has taken place. We will always endeavor to follow up any missing or lost parcels on your behalf and do everything in our power to rectify the situation.

If you do not receive your order within 10 days from sent date (not order date, please allow up to 3 – 5 days for processing) please contact our office on 03 9899 0033 or orders@phoenixnationale.com.au – however we do provide tracking numbers and you may find contacting Australia Post would allow quicker track and trace details.
